Palmenkop is situated in a beautiful oasis in the middle of the desert within the Dorob Park. The surrounding mountainous area, known as the Moon Valley, adds to its allure with its enchanting and magical appearance which resembles a moon landscape. Palmenkop was originally a small vegetable farm and family home but because of its natural beauty, the owners have recently decided to transform this place into a campsite so that its magical landscape could be enjoyed by others as well.
