Otjozondjupa sits in north-central Namibia around Otjiwarongo, Grootfontein and Okahandja, and is best known for the Waterberg Plateau — a sandstone table mountain that shelters some of the country’s most successful rhino conservation projects. Most travellers pass through on the main road between Windhoek and Etosha, making it a practical and scenic overnight stop rather than a final destination in its own right.

    -21.51283, 17.59138 From Windhoek Drive to Okahandja on the B1. Shortly after Okahandja turn right onto the C31 towards Hochfeld. Then straight ahead for 67km until you get the turn onto the M59 Okanjatu . Then about 18 km until you see the sign on the left for Campsite Irene. Then another 3 km to the farm.

    Road conditions are fair at the moment, sedan is accessible but not recommended especially in the rainy season.
