Khwai Community Campsite

Note: Located in the Khwai Community Concession, Botswana, on the eastern edge of the Okavango Delta bordering Moremi Game Reserve, about 125 km north of Maun.

Activities: Self-drive or guided game viewing (elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, wild dog and more), village visits.

Amenities:

• Spaced campsites under native trees along the Khwai River floodplain
• Cold-water tap, braai stand and refuse bin per site
• Shared ablution block with toilets and showers

Community-run – tourism income supports the Khwai village.
