Directions: In Namib-Naukluft National Park, about 123 km from Swakopmund, among small kopjes near a dam.

No facilities or reception – bring your own equipment, food, water and firewood. A permit must be bought in advance from a Ministry of Environment and Tourism (MET) office (Swakopmund, Walvis Bay or Sesriem, Mon–Fri 08:00–13:00 & 14:00–17:00). First-come, first-served – no advance booking.
