Die Tol 2 Fishing Area

Directions: Die Tol 2 Fishing Area is one of the numbered/named fishing spots along the Skeleton Coast north of Henties Bay, towards the Skeleton Coast National Park.

Activities: Shore angling (galjoen, kabeljou, steenbras and other surf species), 4×4 beach driving on designated tracks.

Amenities:

• Basic, largely undeveloped coastal camping/fishing spot — bring your own water, shade and supplies

Note: A fishing permit from the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources (offices in Swakopmund, Walvis Bay or Lüderitz) is required for angling; rates are approximately N$14/month or N$168/year. Vehicles must stay on marked tracks within the coastal park.
